Avant Capital Strategies was founded by Audra Sieradzki to serve value-oriented investors with innovative and forward thinking commercial real estate development opportunities. Our focus is on multifamily properties, commercial office properties, and medical office properties. Our core competency is in structuring and negotiating deals that allow lenders, investors, and stakeholders to achieve their financial goals.
Audra Sieradzki
Audra leverages her 15+ years of of national brokerage, corporate real estate advisory, asset management, and development experience to identify and execute commercial real estate investments that add value to investor portfolios. Proficient in recognizing the unique perspectives of tenants, landlords, lenders, and investors, Audra’s Avant approach to structuring real estate deals fosters a positive experience for all. She graduated from Vanderbilt University and lives with her family in Granger, Indiana, where she enjoys tennis, pilates, lake activities, and traveling.
Steven Johnson
Steve brings 40+ years of experience in a variety of finance, technology, engineering, construction, procurement, and project management roles. That experience is in large international private and public construction corporations, start-up telecommunications companies, and public and private distribution companies. Steve’s Avant combination of best business practices with real estate processes ensures results for all. He graduated with an MBA from Boise State University after getting his Computer Science and Mathematics B.S. degree. He lives in Granger, Indiana, and enjoys technology, investments, and is a private pilot.
